Walter Noe Mendez is wanted by the Morristown Police Department, Tennessee Bureau of Investigations and the U.S. Marshals' Smoky Mountain Fugitive Task Force for Vehicular Homicide. The charge stems from a crash that caused the death of an 18-month-old child in South Morristown on Saturday, August 20th at about 10:40 pm.

Mendez was driving a white Scion tC, accelerated backwards into a home on Louise Avenue where the child was sleeping and was killed on impact. Mendez fled the scene.

Mendez may be using the alias Luis Mendez, Louis Mendez, or Luis Cardenas.
